Directions

How to Use Avamys Nasal Spray
Using Avamys nasal spray is straightforward and easy. Follow these steps for effective use:
Shake Vigorously: Before the first use, shake the nasal spray vigorously for about 10 seconds to ensure the proper dispersion of the medicine.
Prepare the Spray: Remove the cap by squeezing the sides firmly and tilting the nozzle away from you. Press the button firmly multiple times until a fine mist is released into the air.
Clear Your Nostrils: Blow your nose to clear your nostrils and tilt your head slightly forward.
Administer the Spray: Insert the nozzle into one nostril, aiming it slightly outward from the center ridge of your nose. Press the button firmly while breathing in through your nose. If your dose is two sprays per nostril, repeat this step.

Repeat for Other Nostril: Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the other nostril.
Replace Cap: After use, replace the cap on the nasal spray to keep it clean and effective.
